Typeface Font Card

Type specimens were originally created by foundries to communicate their type inventory to pressmen and printers. Type foundries now use type specimens as promotional marketing tools to demonstrate the intended purpose or aspirations of the typeface for commercial and/or personal use. The objective is to create an oversized card for your assigned type family that includes a type specimen on the front and information about the type designer and the typeface on the back. Completed during DES 053, Introduction to Graphic Design at Lehigh University.
